Having implemented the AS/NZ Risk Management standard I would agree with your assessment of its superiority over the COSO ERM Framework. That said, the full AS/NZ companion guide is 127 pages, hardly light reading for non-risk professionals. Plus the focus on 'Enterprise' is an important distinction between the two, particularly for those looking across the organisation rather than, as I did, focusing on a particular business unit. – John♦ Feb 26 at 15:58
